The second WSEM Podcast is online now, just in time for you to call your mother over, sit in the breeze of an open window since the weather is finally nice in Michigan, and skip the talk of no-hitters and gush over the more spirited topic of wiffleball. John and Carl are back, clocking in at their regular time of under 20 minutes, to talk a Week 1 recap, their surprises and disappointments, NWLA rankings, and before John's many man-crushes can run wild in the preview of Week 3 games Ryan Bullard drops in the studio to call him out.
After Week 2 was used as a league-wide bye, you can start to see the games for week 3 and beyond showing up on the schedule above and on its page. If you've been to that page before, then you'll notice the right-hand column has a new look/feature. Chad's idea. To help scheduling run smoother than 5 conversations going on at once in a facebook thread, and since teams have been hesitant to schedule in advance, we have set up a calender for team captains to write in their available dates, times, and desired formats. Then other teams that need to play them can write themselves into those slots. Simple. Direct. Hopefully effective.
